If you’re looking for great fried chicken at affordable prices, there are few spots better than Raising Cane’s. Founded in 1996, Raising Cane’s began with a restaurant in Baton Rouge, but now has locations in multiple countries. Currently, there are over 500 Raising Cane’s locations in the United States alone, with most in Texas. Over the years, customers have come to love the chain’s regular menu, and they’ve even created an unofficial Raising Cane’s secret menu to explore some unique flavors.

Raising Cane’s has continuously grown in popularity and it’s easy to see why. There are no frills needed with the restaurant, as they have some of the best chicken out there. The restaurant itself offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying lunch with friends or family. The only question you need to ask yourself is what you’re in the mood for: a menu classic or something off-menu?

While there’s no official Raising Cane’s secret menu, some customers have revealed rumors about a secret sauce. Many customers also have their own food hacks to optimize meals at Raising Cane’s.

Official secret menu vs. customer creations?

There’s no official secret menu for Raising Cane’s. In fact, there aren’t many hacks out there. This is probably because the regular menu for Raising Cane’s already has everything you need! Their perfectly cooked chicken doesn’t leave much room for improvement.

The chicken fingers are probably Raising Cane’s most popular item, simply because they are well-seasoned and cooked with a special marinade. Once you’ve had them, it’s not hard to see why people don’t want to change anything about them! Their chicken finger combos also come with an amazing sauce you can only get at Raising Cane’s.

Clever customers have even found a way to make an unofficial Raising Cane’s chicken sandwich. Just order your favorite chicken fingers combo with an extra side of Texas Toast to create a sandwich all your own.

The most popular Raising Cane’s secret menu items

As mentioned, there aren’t many secrets when it comes to Raising Cane’s menu. Some customers do claim, however, that there’s a secret sauce different from Raising Cane’s special dipping sauce. This sauce is supposedly the restaurant’s own version of honey mustard. You can try to order it, but there’s no guarantee you’ll get it. Most likely, it was part of a test rollout that never got off the ground fully.

When it comes to a secret menu, you’re out of luck. Instead, it’s best to stick to the regular menu and enjoy a recipe that’s already perfect. There are several combos available, and all of them feature Raising Cane’s famous chicken fingers. You can even buy a huge portion of these chicken fingers for tailgate parties and other events. The simplicity of the core menu is one of the restaurant’s best qualities, which is why there’s no need for a Raising Cane’s secret menu.

How to order from the Raising Cane’s secret menu

If you’re curious about the secret honey mustard sauce offered at Raising Cane’s, ask an employee about it. If you’re in the mood for delicious chicken fingers pure-and-simple, then just choose any of the amazing combos offered on Raising Cane’s actual menu.

There’s no Raising Cane’s secret menu, but they do offer a variety of deals that you’ll want to take advantage of. You could also join the Caniac Club, which offers plenty of benefits to members.

Really surprised you didn’t mention naked bird (the rain for the honey mustard) or extra crispy(7min cook is perfection)

I love everything on the menu, especially the fried chicken, and I live only 4 blocks away from one of your restaurants. However, as I’ve gotten older, my wife and physician have taken fried foods of my menu.

If at all possible, please consider grilled options for your chicken & fries in the future.

    Best wishes,

    Tim

PS: Trying to learn if hospitals are tracking fried foods medical complications by assigning them an ICD-10 code, none were found, although this article (https://www.isitbadforyou.com/questions/is-raising-canes-bad-for-you#short) suggests their is enough medical concern that it could be added in the future.

You can have the Texas toast buttered and grilled on both sides.
You can make the sandwich combo made with Texas toast instead of the buns.
The honey mustard is legit. You can ask for it as an additional sauce or to replace the signature sauce.
